Practicing grounding exercises, even when we aren’t “ungrounded”, helps to train our nervous system to know how to get grounded more easily when we are experiencing stress, anxiety, etc. it becomes a more familiar place to be, and easier to get back to when needed. Just 5 minutes every few days can go a long way.
